Located in the centre of the city and just a few minutes... More About Rocpool Reserve walk from Inverness Castle, this award-winning hotel showcases an original modern look. Drawing on a palette of coal black, brilliant white and cardinal red, every detail of design and comfort have been taken care of. Rooms feature Egyptian linens, emperor size beds and plasma TVs. Bathrooms have Italian ceramics, power showers and deep baths. Some rooms have a private balcony with great views over the River Ness or their own private hot tub on an outdoor terrace. The menu at the Reserve Restaurant has an Italian flavour, with home made pastas, wild seafood, locally-sourced meats and divine desserts. The wine list is extensive and features hand-picked wines from interesting growers. Cocktail hour in R Bar is not to be missed. With its cream leather bar, deep velvet sofas and sparkling chandeliers, it is the perfect way to spend an evening. Inverness, the capital of the Highlands, is known as much for its tempting shops, pubs, restaurants and late-night venues as the mysterious Loch Ness. The Eden Court Theatre is a short walk from the hotel and every summer the city's rich events programme includes the drama and dazzle of the Inverness Tattoo.

Description: Offer: ON 14/15 NOVEMBER AND 12/13 DECEMBER Rocpool Reserve will be hosting a very special gourmet event.

Guests arrive on Friday afternoon where they will be met by Mr Albert Roux, then relax in the Red Room or 'r' bar with afternoon tea. In the evening there will be an informal three course French countryside menu served with wines included. After breakfast on Saturday morning, guests are invited to watch a cookery demonstration given by Mr Albert Roux in the dining room at approximately 11 a.m. This will be followed by an informal lunch sampling the delights of the demonstration with wines included. A formal five course gala dinner will be served in the evening with wines included.

Rates & Conditions: OFFER APPLIES TO: Weekend of 14/15th November 2008 & Weekend of 12/13th December 2008. Rates from £699 for the weekend.
